I went to Music and Arts to purchase another trombone, after not playing one since graduating from high school in 1987, and currently taking tutoring lessons there to facilitate my playing again. My experience? A+++++... A highly recommended music store for purchasing a musical instrument and tutoring!
Had my child’s clarinet repaired here. I wish I had the opportunity to speak to the repair guy Trino in order to have more of an understanding as to what was done to the clarinet. Though the staff was helpful, it was a lot of guessing because each time I called or came in, Trino was unavailable to speak directly to.
Jason is the reason I put a review on this store. After he broke my Japanese guitar trying to put American strings on it (how dare he!?) and refused to give me a discount when I was being a Karen about it!!! Do not come here if you like steamrolling over people!
The gentlemen at the store were very helpful, got us in and out of the store quickly after listening to what was going on with the instrument. Told us the repair might take 3 business days but was actually ready right away but i wasn’t able to pick up until the next morning.
