Scott spent a good amount of time with me explaining everything I needed to know. Both he and Alex were very professional, and friendly. Anyhow, my guitar now plays great!!
The way it was. . . when proprietors knew their stuff, and if you're a guitar guy this is the place. Scott has probably forgotten more than most know, and this is evident in the depth and nuance of the information he has on a wide range of music and musical instruments.
Brought in my amp for a repair on a Tuesday after work and had it back in great working condition by Saturday. Their amp tech did a great job. I would highly recommend Harbor music and will use them in the future.
Brought my old guitar for a fix up. Service was incredible and my guitar was like new within 24 hours. Highly recommend this place for anyone who needs a guitar repair!
