Imagine you own a custom guitar shop, and a lifelong drummer with no real understanding of anything beyond an acoustic kit says he wants to learn bass, then asks you to set up a 20 year old Japanese Geddy Lee Fender J.
Healy Guitars, Calvin in particular, went above and beyond when fixing and setting up my 2000 Fender P-Bass. Unable to find a reputable repairperson in the Boston area that did finish work, I reached out to Healy to see if they could address a scrape in the neck.
I recently brought my guitar (Gibson Les Paul Studio) in for a repair. I had the nut replaced and a setup done. It’s literally like I got a new instrument. It plays better than it ever has. Communication was excellent and they finished the job in the time they said they would. Payment was super easy and well laid out.
