The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable when I come in seeking guidance and some expertise with random questions. But the reason I decided to give a 5 star review is for the excellent first drum lesson my son had with Joe. He was patient, supportive and focused on the essentials.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Music & Arts in Rancho Cucamonga, especially Dylan, who teaches guitar to my 12-year-old son. Dylan is an outstanding teacher — always positive, encouraging, and willing to go the extra mile to help my son learn and grow.
I have had several positive experiences with this shop. Today, I took my son's flute in to see if they could repair a broken key. They let me know that there is a two to three week turn around and instead referred me to another shop that could potentially do a more immediate repair.
I’ve never had a single bad experience here and I’ve been coming for lessons for around 2 years now. The staff is nice and very welcoming and accepting, and the lessons actually helped get me where I wanted to be. Highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a warm, accepting environment!
