Friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I had a sax repaired and adjusted here before I bought it and it plays great! I've also had every mouthpiece I own worked on by Jimmy Jensen and they're all finished/adjusted perfectly!
Simon and Jimmy are TOP NOTCH! I take all our school woodwind instruments to them and they get them repaired quickly and playing like new. They are very knowledgeable and do incredible work. Highly recommend!
Simon and Jimmy are wonderful musicians and technicians. Jimmy was able to listen to my needs and customize my oboe accordingly to accommodate my hands. He did it in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend J&H Winds.
