This is how they restrung my cello. Take a good look at the D string. And the guy took about 40 minutes to do it. Next time I’ll buy the strings and string my own cello. Rookie mistake on their part.
I have been going to this Lisle location for about two years to get new strings and accessories for my daughter’s violin. The time came for her to get a new instrument and we had an amazingly pleasant shopping experience!! Cameron was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to us.
The staff were very helpful with my specific needs! I'm a little more advanced and heard about this store in my beginning years, but never came down. They exceeded my expectations, and answered every little question or concern I had.
Rented cello for my daughter for a couple of years from Lisle. Very friendly staff. They work with you to identify a good instrument that fits the individual. They also give you the option of using your rental credit towards purchasing the rented instrument or any other. Very helpful there as well. Highly recommend..
