Great place. I've been buying my guitar strings and picks there for almost 2 years, they have a good variety and usually carry what I need. I've gotten my electric guitar set up at their repair shop and they did a great job, and it's not too expensive.
I have been coming to Lynchburg Music for many, many years! From the time my dad bought me my first Martin as teenager in around 2005-06, to now. I just purchased a beautiful Martin X series guitar from them and could not be happier! They have an incredibly friendly and accommodating staff.
It's a nice store. They have a nice selection of items for sale. If what you need is simply off the shelf items, they are the place for you. If you need more specialized items, you might be better off with a large national chair or Amazon.
I'm not sure how there are any negative reviews for this store. I was greeted at the door by a cashier. He asked if I needed anything, and when I had questions he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and personal. The manager was also like this too.
