I contacted Martin & Co. about a guitar neck reset, and they recommended Mark Brumitt, for their warranty work. I dropped my D-18 off at Mark's shop in August of 2016 and just picked it up in May 2017. I'm really happy to have my Martin back and it plays so nice.
