I had an acoustic guitar that because of a change in humidity, it was fretting out. When I first gave it to John, it was a total mess. John really went the extra mile. He called me and let me know exactly what was wrong and after giving me options, he recommended the solution he thought was best.
Very happy with the service I received. Received a call within a few hours of reaching out for service, and my guitar was picked up that day. John got me my guitar back in less time than he originally told me, and my guitar feels and plays better than it ever did before.
Great work, reliable! My Alvarez acoustic needed a new set of strings and cleaned up. He also installed a button for the guitar strap. Was really nice to have my guitar picked up at my home and delivered! Will definitely call Mojo again!
