Frustrating and Unclear Rental Program I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Music & Arts’ rental and insurance programs. I rented a flute in September 2021, paying for both the instrument and insurance.
I recently purchased an acoustic guitar from this Music and Arts store. Jacob was very helpful and knowledgeable, and he made my purchase a pleasure. There was however an issue that arose, and it is my pleasure to say Jacob and Mario the manager took care of it correctly, promptly and in the way we wish all companies…
I love this place, Tim was so so good. He was most patient with clients and especially was able to help me and my son find what we need. I wish we live closer to this location. I live in Suwanee/Johns Creek and my son is taking sax lesson at that location.
