I appreciate having a convenient, local source for music supplies (strings, etc), and not have to hit the mall or downtown, esp in 'emergency'. Prices are reasonable and staff is consistently great - helpful, friendly, & knowledgeable.
While the gear is targeted primarily at band students, it's all reasonably priced. The primary draw is the customer service. I have rarely run into stores where the staff was as friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as at this store.
