As a musical "novice" I have always been uncomfortable entering a music store. Both Heaven and the owner (didn't catch his name) helped me feel totally at ease with my newby questions. I found a guitar package online that I liked, but wanted to shop locally so I asked if they had a similar deal.
We have been customers of this store for almost 2 years. Heaven, Marty and their staff are always friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their products, lessons, instrument repair, etc. Our daughter has taken lessons through their store and scheduling and payments are a seamless process.
My sisters and I have been coming here for years! We all have rented instruments and bought them. They are good about repairs and always tell us what is best to take care of the instruments and good quality. They price match reeds and misc. items . Always clean in the store too!
