I never leave reviews, but I just walked out of the store and I feel like I need to. This is, by far, the most respected and included I’ve ever felt in a music store as a woman!
I was given my grandfather space guitar a few years ago. It has been a few decades since it has been maintenanced. I am a very particular person and after seeing the work that these guys do I decided it was best in their hands. They did an exceptional job restoring and get in my bass up to a playable condition.
There used to be a lot more shops like this, thankfully Music Solutions has found the secret sauce and continues to thrive. Personally, I won't bring my guitars anywhere else for work or setups and I'm not alone with that decision, the Professor rocks!
Very impressed! Customer service was top notch…super friendly and knowledgeable. Happy with the repair job ad well as the new purchase. They just gained a longtime customer.
