So today after procrastinating for hours(days really), I decided to head over to the music store on Devine and when I pulled in I noticed the "Closed" sign on the door. I was kind of bummed about it because I really needed some strings for my guitars.
Always a great experience popping in and checking out what's fresh in stock. All merchandise is listed on the website but nothing beats walking in and feeling a guitar in your hands. I've only ever purchased small items from Trip, but he is always more than welcome to help out with anything from large to small.
I ordered my vibroverb reissue and left a deposit via C.C. Trip was patient regarding a minor glitch regarding the need for a zip code. ( I am in Canada). We talked on the phone and then he resolved the glitch. I drove to The music store ( 14 hours). To get this perfect ( for me ) Amp.
What a wonderful store! I just bought a beautiful Oscar Schmidt (by Washburn) guitar. It was my first time in the store. The owners (I forgot to catch their names) were very kind, very helpful, and overall nice to be around. It is a great store with a lot of selection and a lot of history.
