Amazing shop!! I visited NC on tour with a Broadway show and needed 5 guitars (both acoustic and electrics) serviced same day. Right off the bat, Nick and his crew were extremely accommodating and friendly. Not only did they make the process super quick and easy, but all the guitars were serviced wonderfully.
Wow!!! The professionalism you get when you receive service from these gentleman is unmatched..Definitely bring your ax here and tell your musician friends too..They charge within reason and guarantee their work!!! They also have anything guitar related ...strings.. cases..etc...
I have a 2004 PRS 24 custom that I bought new 20 years ago. I wore the frets down to almost not playable. I took my PRS to Nick at NC Guiter Works . He put stainless steel frets on for me and noticed that one side of the bridge pickup was not working.
Took my Gibson standard to have one of the Key tuner replace and have also a full set up done, and these guys specially Nick are just awesome, my guitar sound better than ever, plays like butter in hot bread lol. Never imagine how much of a change could be having your guitar worked by a profesional.
