I needed a neck reset on my 2007 Martin Hd-28. I was about to ship it to someone in PA when I heard about Restoration Guitars. From the minute i walked into the shop and met Chris, I knew my Martin was in good hands.
Chris took great care of me! He restored my 1975 Martin D-18 - it looks and plays amazing. He is super professional and will no doubt have my business in the future. Update from original review - I recently took my Martin 00-15 to have my anthem pickup installed.
I brought in both an electric and an acoustic for setups. Having recently moved to the area I was cautious about who to trust...after all, finding a great guitar tech is in many ways like finding a great mechanic. To say I was highly satisfied with the work done on my 2 guitars would be a serious understatement.
There are lots of places you COULD take your guitars, but this is the only place you SHOULD take them. Chris and his crew do first rate work, from setups to repairs to custom builds. I've been taking my guitars here for years now and I won't go anywhere else.
