We have had such a wonderful experience with REW. It began with REW’s summer introduction to instruments class. From there, our son picked out the trombone. He joined the REW homeschool band and took private lessons with a fantastic music tutor. Our son learned so much in just a year, it was incredible.
I was a customer of another of the big music stores around but after looking earlier in the year for a place to service my middle schoolers trumpet we discovered REW. Excellent and quick service. We have since started taking lessons here with one of their instructors Nick Howell.
I wanted to write a review after I saw a very negative one posted. I have two sons taking lessons at REW. There are young people who work there - with various levels of experience and expertise. We have always been treated courteously and fairly.
Just rented my son’s first instrument. Worked with the staff in Olathe. I have nothing but great things to say. I ended up needing to go to Lenexa the next day and all the staff there were truly phenomenal. Highly Recommend this place if you’re looking to rent an instrument for school.
