Always friendly and welcoming, the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Pricing is honest and reasonable. I have bought and sold gear, had guitar setups and amp maintenance, had many questions answered and never had a negative experience. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended!
We trust Sound Source for all our equipment rental needs! They also supply us with last minute cables and lesson books. We've bought some of our favorite instruments here. A very comfortable and welcoming environment. Rochester is lucky to have Sound Source at our fingertips!
I like that you can plug in and play pretty much anything on the floor, just ask. Small collection of drivers in the back, that I could see. A decent choice of low to mid end guitars, Amps and the like...
An excellent hidden gem of Rochester picked up a LTD used guitar that was actually set up quite nicely as they are experienced employees and have an excellent audio, instrument and electronics repair shop.
