Very nice staff and very helpful. Went in for a fix up on my trombone because the spit valve broke. They were super nice and took it in, and gave us a rental to borrow for a week until it’s fixed.
My grandson started taking basoon lessons from his teacher in january twenty twenty five. Just listen to him!! The bassoon was bought from Summerhays music store. They were very helpful, including his teacher in selecting the very best advanced bassoon for his skill level.
Awesome layout of the store. They seem to have a wide variety of student to higher end quality instruments. They have a lot of places to have clinics and lessons. Their repair shop is fantastic. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and personable.
I’d tarnished my beloved flute by leaving it out on display for too long, and I was completely devastated. I thought I’d ruined it forever. I brought it to the instrument cleaning & repair shop in the basement and had to leave a review purely for their customer service. They were amazing!
