I came in at the last minute and the manager Jose and Bree and Ivan was very helpful and all were very delightful with smiles and very polite which was in my book what customer service is all about, it was like 3 minutes to close but they didn't rush me they took their time and answered all my questions.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I visited on New Year’s Eve 2025 and Felix and I hit it off right away. I drove a bit out of my way because this is the highest-rated pawn shop in the area—and now I completely understand why. Felix helped me accomplish exactly what I came in for by getting me a great price on several items.
I went in and Timothy Lopez was the best guy you can talk to he’s awesome at was he does and he knows his stuff. I walked away very happy with what I bought. 100% guaranteed he’s your guy for what you’re looking for. Gave me an awesome deal too. I highly recommend anyone that goes in to ask him for help!!!
