Brought my guitar in for a setup and found out the truss rod was broken - a labor-intensive, costly repair that would've permanently altered the neck. Instead of pushing the job, he explained everything clearly and even contacted the manufacturer for a potential warranty. Didn't charge me a dime.
Brought my G&L in for an audio plug issue and tuneup. I am very happy with the results. Scott does great work for fair prices. I will be coming back with my other guitars.
