They did a great job bringing a very twisted guitar back to life. You'll never get service this good at any big box or chain store. They were upfront and fair on prices and finished the job early. Everything about the process was positive.
Great music store conveniently located on Cincinnati's westside. I've been able to get everything I was looking for here and very reasonable prices, including guitars, valve grease, violin lessons. We're very lucky to have such a nice full service music store here on the westside of Cincinnati!
Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They are able to help with repairs and sales. I am going to have them order parts for me. Hopefully I can install them myself, but if I chose to let them do it, I have complete confidence in their abilities.
Good music, good people, good prices! Over the past 15 years we've rented and purchased several instruments/equipment and had lessons from Western Hills Music for our two sons, and the owner currently is tracking down this year's Christmas list request.
