I haven't purchased allot of music equipment here but I will say I have got the best service from these guys in terms of educating me on music equipment . They are local and have everything I need when I need it quick . Xlr cables , pre-amp even a light used selection of stuff .
I was in need of recording equipment for a podcast setup per request of a client. The project had to be finished later that day so I felt hopeless that I would find a place that would have everything I needed. I found Wood Bros Music online, showed up, asked for help, and received exceptional customer service.
I went into this shop looking for a new ukulele and was surprised to see a huge selection of them. The staff was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and helped me find the right uke (despite my picky criteria).
Friendly staff. Great environment to look around and respectfully try out instruments. Chatted up about custom guitars for a bit as the gentleman, Hans was installing a pickup into a custom Jackson. Also have a string punchcard once you buy a certain amount you get a set of strings for free.
