I visited without prior notice and I apologize for that, but Jeff was gracious and welcoming. I requested a Martin 000-18 1948 with reset neck and new saddle. I picked up my guitar a month later. Jeff did an excellent job.

I had a string ringing out and being a novice all I knew to do was to change out the string which did not help. I took it to Jeff where he diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed it while I waited. He was very informative while he was repairing it and only charged me his bench fee.
I have had the pleasure of having Jeff work on several guitars for me. He is an honest business man and truly knows what he is doing.
