I bought a guitar on a whim from a thrift store that needed strings and stopped by Music and Arts to see if they could put strings on it for me. Matt was so helpful, unfortunately due to a missing piece he wasn't able to put the strings on, but he cleaned it up ( it looks GREAT!
I contacted Music & Arts on a whim and Adam was professional, friendly, and customer service oriented as a person can be. He also took care of a few of my guitars. I am a happy and delighted customer of Adam’s and Music & Arts store forever now. On a side note, prices are extremely and surprisingly reasonable.
Great staff. I forgot her name, but she is enthusiastic about musical instruments, very knowledgeable about guitars, and knows the right direction to point you in. I was there just to pick up stings and some accessories for my guitar. Had everything in stock the online site said they did. Easy to find. Browsed around at a great selection of instruments. Was busy at the counter but the guys working moved us along kindly and quickly. I'll be a regular for my instrument needs
